According to Maybelline, the Facestudio Master Fix Setting + Perfecting Loose Powder is a microfine translucent powder that sets, mattifies, blurs and smoothes for an undetectable finish. It creates soft-focus effect as it sets makeup.

Pros :

  • Lightweight, translucent powder
  • Invisible veil that sets makeup in place
  • Creates a soft focus effect as it sets makeup
  • Sets, mattifies and blurs
  • Can be used alone or on top of makeup
  • For all skin types

Con :

  • A little pricey for the size

Overall, l really like how lightweight this powder feels on my face. You would barely know you have powder on. It’s fantastic for oily skin as it stays matte all day! This translucent shade looks natural on all skin types and leaves a smooth, flawless finish. Okay, here’s one quick and important tip when you use this product. Make sure to dab and dust off immediately. If you allow it stay or settle on the face for too long, you’ll get FLASHBACKS. You know that weird white mark that appears on the face after makeup especially in pictures?! Yes, that’s it! It’s a fantastic setting powder but when applied incorrectly, you may start to wonder what went wrong. The powder is sold at 5,000naira and you can purchase here. Alrighty…there you go! I hope you found this review helpful.

Have you used the Maybelline Facestudio Master Fix Setting + Perfecting Loose Powder ? How was your experience? I would love to know your thoughts!
